In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration or guest checkout. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information is used to provide you with important OrthoExtent services such as: reward points, order history, order status updates, newsletter, as well as promotions and coupons via e-mail.
All orders are accepted and need to be paid in full at check-out. For your convenience we accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
OrthoExtent has a total satisfaction guarantee policy. For any reason if you are unpleased with our services or products within 30 days, you can fill our your order information from the Returns tab. Once we receive your information we will send you an RMA number within 3-5 business days to proceed with the Return. All products must be in new and resalable condition and in original packing. Returns on custom orders are not accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping the returned items to OrthoExtent and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Orders are F.O.B. point of origin and shipped via ground transportation. Ortho-Preferred members receive free freight on all orders in the US (50 States). Non-Preferred members with orders over $350.00 will receive free freight up to five (4) pounds. Orders will ship from our office in Virginia. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Next Day Air is available for an added expense at checkout. UPS cannot deliver to P.O Box address. Please be sure to include a street address.
